A single tablet THRESHHold Joint Support contains 1 000 mg of OptiMSM (methylsulfonylmethane). Sulphur, a key component of OptiMSM, is an important nutrient that helps promote healthy joints, manage joint discomfort and improve joint mobility.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®) 1 000 mg
Contains sugar as lactose 96 mg

Dosage

Adults 18 years and older:
General joint support:
2 Tablets daily

Additional joint support:
6 Tablets per day

Maximum dosage: 6000mg (six tablets) per day. Do not exceed 2000mg (2 tablets) per single dose.

Take with a glass of water with food.

It is recommended to use THRESHHold Joint Support for a minimum of four weeks to see beneficial effects.

Children under 18 years of age:
Use under the medical supervision of a healthcare provider
