THRESHHold Real MSM is used as an anti-inflammatory and assists in the temporary relief of pain, swelling, redness, inflammation and difficult mobility of joints in patients with arthritis.
It improves range of motion and physical function in arthritic patients.
Supports recovery from exercise and reduces post exercise muscle soreness and joint pain.
Methyl sulphonyl methane (MSM) is an organically bonded form of sulphur found in nature and naturally occurring in the human body, essential for healthy connective tissue with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and pain- relieving properties.
Each THRESHHold® Real MSM tablet contain 1000mg OptiMSM®, a 4 times heat distilled, 99.9% pure MSM with lowest water and impurity content (the purest form of MSM available) and the only MSM with a FDA GRAS rating on the market and is the most researched form of MSM available. MSM is not on the WADA prohibited list for sport and considered to be safe for use in pregnancy.

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:
Joint support and relief of symptoms associated with pain, inflammation and arthritis:
3 – 6 Tablets per day.
General maintenance and/or support:
2 Tablets per day.
To promote exercise recovery and prevent post exercise soreness:
3 Tablets per day.
Children 6 – 12:
For arthritis, inflammatory conditions and exercise associated pain:
1 Tablet daily.

One too many (but very necessary) operations after a serious injury has left me partially disabled, and I’ve been limping since 2007. That obviously has quite an impact on my back and I have been suffering from lower back pain ever since. Luckily for me I got myself on a maintenance dose of THRESHHold Real MSM and have been living a relatively pain-free life. I can strongly suggest THRESHHold for anyone suffering from chronic joint or muscle pain, you just need to find the dose that works for you.
