Detailed description of goods and/or services
Living Naturally is an online store in the natural product industry comprising of herbal and homeopathic health products.
Agreement of sale
An agreement of sale between Living Naturally and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Living Naturally.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via a courier service and will be subject to the courier company’s delivery schedule. A delivery being delayed is unfortunately, not grounds for return or refund.
These terms and conditions inform you accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Return and refunds policy
The provision of goods by Living Naturally is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability after ordering, Living Naturally will contact you to discuss other options.
An order can only be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Living Naturally and only upon direct contact being made via the details provided.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must notify Living Naturally as soon as possible but no longer than three working days (72 hours) of receiving it. Living Naturally will then make arrangements to rectify the situation.
Due to regulatory provisions, all products are sold with a no-returns policy. The exception would be for damaged goods as explained above.
If you receive an incorrect product from the one ordered, please contact Living Naturally within three working days. Living Naturally will then check our system to see whether an incorrect product was packed. If an incorrect product was picked by Living Naturally, Living Naturally will then arrange for the correct product to be despatched.
Customer privacy policy
Living Naturally shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, or Zapper, or Instant EFT.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Living naturally via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Gift cards / Vouchers / Promo codes
Gift Card/Vouchers/ Promo codes (hereinafter referred to as Gift Cards) must be redeemed through https://shop.livingnaturally.co.za, toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card. Gift cards can only be used on orders that exceed the amount of the Gift Card/Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
Only one Gift Card can be redeemed per order.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. An unused Gift Card may not be transferred to another customer.
Living Naturally reserves the right to reject the use of a voucher if not used against an order containing a particular product, combination of products and / or combination of products and quantities.
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Living Naturally takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, Living Naturally accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause. While we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the products promoted on this website are of the highest quality and safety, the recommendations on this site are not the advice of a medical practitioner. This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Living Naturally chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature: Lot 42 Protea Hill Road, Drummond, 3626
Variation
Living Naturally may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice for various reasons.
