Ingredients
Bio-Strath® is a 100% natural, Swiss plasmolysed herbal yeast supplement containing 61 essential nutrients (11 vitamins, 19 minerals, 20 amino acids and 11 building substances) in a highly bioavailable format with 39 scientific studies and publications confirming its effectiveness over a period of more than 50 years.
Bio-Strath® is also scientifically proven to improve micronutrient bioavailability and significantly improve the absorption of iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamin B1.
Dosage
For times of increased demand:
Adults and children over 12 years:
1 teaspoonful (5 ml) 3 times daily before meals undiluted or mixed into juice.
Children under 12 years:
Half a teaspoonful (2,5 ml) 3 times daily before meals undiluted or mixed into juice.
For sustained good health and vitality:
Adults and children over 12 years:
1 teaspoonful (5 ml) once daily before a meal undiluted or mixed into juice.
Children under 12 years:
Babies 0 to 3 months:
1 ml or 1 dummy dip per day.
Babies 3 to 12 months:
1,25 ml (a quarter medicine measure) or two dummy dips per day.
Children 1 to 3 years:
1,25 ml (a quarter medicine measure) up to twice daily.
Children 4 to 6 years:
2,5 ml (half a medicine measure) up to twice daily.

I give my baby Bio-Strath Bare Necessities every day. Once a day for maintenance and 3 x a day when she is unwell. I know it’s also helping her little brain develop as it should. I cant find an other multivitamin with as many nutrients as Bio-Strath. It is the best. I just add the recommended dose to her bottle, she doesnt mind the taste.
