A.VOGEL VEGOMEGA 3 capsules are a vegan source of the omega-3 essential fatty acids, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), that are essential for the maintenance of good health and must be included in the diet as the body does not produce them.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. DHA maternal intake contributes to the normal development of the eye of the foetus and breastfed infants.
DHA and EPA helps support/maintain (normal) heart/cardiovascular health/function.

For times of increased demand:
Adults and children over 12 years: Two tablets three times daily before meals with water.
Children under 12 years: One tablet three times daily before meals with water.
For sustained good health and vitality:
Adults and children over 12 years: Two tablets once daily before meals with water.
Children under 12 years: One tablet once daily before meals with water.
A.Vogel Ginkgoforce 30ml
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 20 drops in water 3 times daily 30 minutes before meals. (Use with caution and/or under medical supervision in those taking blood thinners and/or anti-coagulant medication).

Adults and children over 12:
For the maintenance of good health: 1 Capsule daily.
For the maintenance of normal vision, brain and cardiovascular health/function: 4 Capsules daily.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

Children 2 – 12:
For the maintenance of good health: 1 Capsule daily.
To support brain, eye and nerve development: 2 Capsules daily.
Take capsules with water, chew or squeeze the contents of the capsule over food.
