Dosage
Adults and children over 2 years:
Take one tablet every 15 minutes for one hour and then hourly for the first day.
Then take one tablet three times a day. Discontinue once you feel better.
Chew or dissolve in your mouth.
Tablets may be crushed.

My 3 year old daughter started school 2 and a bit weeks ago. Although she loves school and is so excited to go, I think she was experiencing underlying stress. I have been through a lot of stress at work recently. On two occasions I suffered with intense tension headaches. I felt a difference within 30min of taking Stress Rescue. I felt more composed and my headache was relieved. I am pleased that it doesnt make you drowsy. I now keep a box in my desk drawer, I wont go without it.
