It contains ingredients that support digestion, prevent cramping and act as a laxative.
Ingredients
1 dose (4,1 g) contains:
Linum usitatissimum L. (Linseed) 1,76 g
Cassia senna L. and/or Cassia angustifolia VAHL 0,43 – 0,70 g (Senna)
Rhamnus frangula L. (Frangula) 36 – 58 mg
Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years:
- Take 1 full teaspoon (4.1g) in the evening followed by at least one large glass of water (laxative effect will occur 6-12 hours later).
- Although not ‘unsafe’ for long term use rather only use the product when needed and address the underlying cause of constipation and/or make dietary changes such as including more fresh fruit and vegetables rich in fibre and by drinking more water or using A.Vogel Molkosan daily.
