Even better when that drink is A.Vogel’s Echinaforce Hot Drink, a delicious Elderberry-flavoured herbal medicinal hot drink formulated to treat cold and flu symptoms.
Echinaforce Hot Drink helps reduce the severity and duration of symptoms, so you can feel better sooner.
By supporting the immune system, it also helps improve resistance to recurrent infections.
Method of use
For oral use only.
Shake the bottle before use.
To be made into a hot drink by diluting in hot water before use:
- Fill the 5 mL measuring spoon provided with the product
- Pour the contents of the spoon into a cup
- Add hot water and stir
Ingredients
The active substances are Echinacea purpurea extracts
Each 5 mL contains
Echinacea purpurea (L.) MOENCH (Purple coneflower) – 1 140 mg
[Fresh aerial parts, 1:12 extract providing 95 mg dry plant equivalent]
Echinacea purpurea (L.) MOENCH (Purple coneflower) – 60 mg
[Fresh root, 1:11 extract providing 5,5 mg dry plant equivalent]
The other ingredients are citric acid monohydrate, concentrated elderberry juice, medium chain triglycerides, modified starch, potassium sorbate, purified water, sucrose.
Contains alcohol (ethanol) – 33 mg/5 mL (0,66 % w/v)
Contains preservative as potassium sorbate – 7 mg/5 mL (0,14 % w/v)
Dosage
Start taking A.Vogel Echinaforce® Hot Drink at the first signs of infection.
The usual dose is:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years:
Day 1 to 3: 5 mL five times per day
Day 4 to 10: 5 mL three times per day
Children 6 – 12 years:
Day 1 to 3: 5 mL three times per day
Day 4 to 10: 5 mL two times per day

Please consult your doctor, pharmacist or other health care provider for advice before taking A.Vogel Echinaforce® Hot Drink.
Duration of use
For a cold or flu A.Vogel Echinaforce® Hot Drink should be taken for 10 days. Generally, it should not be taken for more than 8 weeks continuously.
