• 30 days after your order, you will receive an email where you can review your experience with regards to The Living Naturally Shop site, our services and your experience, but most importantly, the products that you ordered from Living Naturally, and receive 5% off your next order!
• To qualify for the 5% review reward coupon, all review fields must be completed, no less than 50 characters per review. Orders with reviews submitted for only some of the products purchased will not qualify for the reward. • All Membership tiers qualify for products that are on sale, unless otherwise stated.

• By participating in the Membership Rewards Programme, customers agree to receive programme-related communications from Living Naturally. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, doing so will affect eligibility for certain membership benefits.

• Review requests will be emailed 30 days after an order has been placed.
• To qualify for the 5% review reward coupon, you will receive an email, 30 days after your order has been placed, where you can review your experience with regards to The Living
• Naturally Shop site, our services but most importantly, the products that you ordered from Living Naturally, and receive 5% off your next order.
• Orders with reviews submitted for only some of the products purchased will not qualify for the reward.
• A 5% discount coupon will be awarded only for submitted, approved, authenticated and verified site and product reviews by Living Naturally.
• Review approval is at the sole discretion of Living Naturally.
• Reviews must be genuine, informative, provide meaningful and constructive feedback, and meet the minimum review requirements.
• Minimum of 50 characters per review
• Star rating and comment fields are required fields that need to be completed.
• Reviews that are incomplete, misleading, duplicated, offensive, defamatory, spam-related, or otherwise inappropriate may be rejected.
• Customers may submit reviews regardless of whether their experience with the product/site was positive or negative; however, all reviews must be honest and based on their personal experience with the product/site.
• Once the reviews have been approved, a 5% discount coupon code will be emailed to the email address associated with the customer’s account.
• Coupon codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and will expire thereafter. Failure to use the coupon code within this period will not result in grounds for the coupon code to be reissued.
• Only one coupon code will be issued per order.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be sold, shared, or reproduced.
• Coupon codes may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount code, or special promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Living Naturally reserves the right to verify purchases and review submissions before issuing a coupon code.
• By submitting a review, customers grant Living Naturally the right to use, reproduce, publish, and share the review content, in whole or in part, for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without further compensation nor consent.
• Living Naturally reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the promotion, or submission of false reviews may result in disqualification from the programme and cancellation of any associated rewards.
