What do I do if I receive products damaged or broken in transit?

If you do not receive your order in the condition that you expected or if anything has broken in transit, please let us know as soon as you possibly can. We will then do our very best to ensure the situation is rectified. If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this may assist us in ensuring that the situation does not happen again.

What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being mostly medicinal in nature we are legally unable to accept product returns. Please consider this fact before placing an order.
