What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
By partnering with our preferred business partner Courier IT we are able to provide a door to door service nationally. Delivery addresses are validated by suburb and postal code which allows the courier company to differentiate between main centre or regional / outer lying area.
Door to Door
The Door to Door service is only available for deliveries to main metropolitan areas nationally.
Delivery is within 2 to 5 working days
Delivery charges are calculated according to your courier option selected at check-out. Should your courier option not be displayed you would need to select the alternate option available.
Free delivery for orders of R650 and over. Deliveries will be provided according to the delivery options available.
How long does Delivery Take?
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via a courier service and will be subject to the courier company’s delivery schedule.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, protests etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.
During the period in which deliveries are controlled in terms of the Regulations promulgated by the Republic of South Africa in response to the COVID19 pandemic, CourierIT SA (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) will only attend to deliveries permitted in terms of the Regulations.
Festive season / end of year = Kindly note that during the festive season / end of year period – deliveries may take longer than normal due to the high volume of orders and deliveries.

Will I have to sign for my package?
Courier Delivery - COVID-19 / Contactless Delivery - No touch delivery is our new effective validation process which ensures contactless delivery, along with the benefits of adhering to strict security protocol. Once your parcel is loaded into a Courtier IT vehicle, a SMS notification will be sent to your mobile device featuring a one-time pin and tracking link. This unique pin will need to correspond with the pin on the driver’s device and will serve as your proof of delivery. Upon arrival simply provide the driver with your OTP to validate your delivery and Voila! You’re good to go.
Does Living Naturally Deliver Internationally?
We can arrange for international deliveries to SADC countries e.g. Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland.
International deliveries to SADC countries is a 5 to 10 working day service.
