What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
By partnering with our preferred delivery business partners, we are able to provide a door to door service nationally within South Africa.

Delivery charges – we are currently running a once off delivery special rate of R 75.00 per order.

Free delivery for orders of R650 and over.

How long does Delivery Take?
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via a courier service and will be subject to the courier company’s delivery schedule.

  •  Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order's destination.
         If you live in an outlying / remote area, it may take longer than 5 working days.

    Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Late Deliveries
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, protests etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so 'late' delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.
During the period in which deliveries are controlled in terms of the Regulations promulgated by the Republic of South Africa in response to the COVID19 pandemic, CourierIT SA (Pty) Ltd (“the Company”) will only attend to deliveries permitted in terms of the Regulations.

Public Holidays – orders are not actioned on Public Holidays. They will be actioned the next working day thereafter (excluding any specific shut down periods which will be notified accordingly).

Festive season / end of year = Kindly note that during the end of year period – deliveries may take longer than normal due to the high volume of orders and deliveries. Living Naturally does shut down over the festive season, dates will be communicated each year – orders can still be placed but they will only be actioned on our return to the office in January.

Can I track my order online?
Courier IT orders may be tracked via the Courier IT website: https://www.courierit.co.za/ by using your waybill number.

Will I have to sign for my package?

Courier Delivery - COVID-19 / Contactless Delivery - No touch delivery is our new effective validation process which ensures contactless delivery, along with the benefits of adhering to strict security protocol. Once your parcel is loaded into a Courtier IT vehicle, a SMS notification will be sent to your mobile device featuring a one-time pin and tracking link. This unique pin will need to correspond with the pin on the driver’s device and will serve as your proof of delivery. Upon arrival simply provide the driver with your OTP to validate your delivery and Voila! You’re good to go.

Does Living Naturally Deliver Internationally?
We unfortunately do not deliver outside of South Africa.
